Hi! Welcome to Daugherty Racing! We are a racing team based in Lafayette, Indiana We currently run in the UMP Street Stock class.
Lon, Bobby, and I went in today and spent a few hours on the car. The plan is to have it at the track on the 25th! Here is what is left: finish body work, paint, set the timing on the motor, adjust the rear end, put an axle seal in the rear end, wire up the tach, change tires, prep the trailer, and mount the front shocks… That’s IT!!!
Michael is the driver for the Daugherty Racing Team. Michael graduated from Purdue with a Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering in 2001, received his Professional Engineer License in 2007, and graduated with his Masters in Business Administration from Purdue in December 2009.
